Ordering and payment

Orders are placed online in the massagi.lt shop and paid immediately via Stripe (bank card). The confirmation email is your purchase record.

Delivery

We ship to Omniva and LP Express parcel lockers across Lithuania within 1-2 business days of payment. Shipping costs €3; orders from €40 ship free.

Returns

Under Lithuanian consumer law you may return an unused product in its undamaged original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Email info@massagi.lt with your order number; we reply within 1-2 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of the return. Hygiene products (e.g. opened oils or soaps) cannot be returned once unsealed.
