What data we collect

  • Booking: name, email, phone (via Cal.com).
  • Gift vouchers: sender and recipient name & email, payment (via Stripe).
  • Reviews: name and email (when we invite you to leave a review).
  • Usage statistics: anonymous, cookieless, no personal data (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

Why we process it

To confirm and fulfil bookings, deliver gift vouchers, publish approved reviews, and improve the site. The legal basis is performance of a contract and legitimate interest.

Who we share it with (processors)

  • Cal.com — bookings.
  • Stripe — payments.
  • Resend — email delivery.
  • Cloudflare — privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Meta and Google — ad performance measurement (only with your consent).

Cookies

Essential cookies are needed for the site to work (the studio admin login session). Analytics is cookieless. Marketing cookies (Meta, Google) load ONLY after you accept them via the cookie banner; you can withdraw consent by clearing your browser data.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
